The Unsung Heroes of the Festival

We have come together in a spirit of gratitude and celebration to honor our volunteers who made the Festival of St. Clare a great success. This annual event would not be possible without the generous hearts and willing hands of our volunteers. With immense gratitude and appreciation, we gather this day to recognize these generous individuals and express our deepest thanks for their dedication. Held in the sunlit gardens beside St. Patrick’s Oratory, the appreciation event welcomed volunteers, their families, and community members.

Every year, as the Festival of St. Clare approaches, preparations begin months in advance. From organizing logistics and setting up stages to preparing food and coordinating activities, an incredible amount of work is required to bring the event to life. Our volunteers step into these roles with enthusiasm and commitment, often juggling their responsibilities alongside work, family, and other obligations.

On behalf of our community of Capuchin Poor Clares and the entire Festival of St. Clare committee, we extend our heartfelt thanks to every volunteer.
